Misleading website sale. I ordered a shed advertised with a ‘free glass upgrade’ in May to be delivered in July. The shed arrived with basic, paper thin, floppy styrene sheets despite the ad and the thumbnail on the product stating free glass upgrade and the invoice saying ‘modern single glazed windows’. I contacted the care team and they said they no longer offer the glass upgrade despite the thumbnail STILL advertising a free glass upgrade. They initially offered nothing, then sent an email offering the glass upgrade, after I accepted, they withdrew that offer and changed the offer to half price glass upgrade (still over £220 extra for what they originally advertised and sold me). Absolutely shocking. Do not use this company as you likely won’t receive what you ordered and paid for.
