Natalie and Polly didn't just help us buy a house, they helped us buy our dream. I'm sure many people reading this review can relate to how stressful, complicated and challenging buying a house can be. We had originally had an offer accepted on our dream "forever home" with a decision in principle through our mortgage advisor at the time (different provider). We had the slightly unusual position of applying as both being directors and employees of a non profit community mental health service (a CIC limited by guarantee), but we were given assurances this would be no problem. Two days after our wedding, we then got the call to say the bank had decided to reject our mortgage and our advisor could no longer work with us. We felt completley let down and abandoned. But we weren't going to give up without a fight. We live on the Isle of Wight and Prospect had come reccomended to us by a friend high up in the property industry. That's when we met Natalie and Polly, and I cannot say enough what a breath of fresh air they were. They communicated honestly, transparently and professionally, keeping us in the loop sometimes multiple times a day. Natalie worked long hours to do the necessary research and even guided us through different mortgage options such as a part exchange or re-registering as self employed. Then at the 11th hour, Natalie came through for us and found a bank that would accept our employed status. Natalie and Polly then worked incredibly hard to ensure our paperwork was in order, in often what felt like a grinding process of getting payslips amended by our accountant and then submitted to the bank. But their calm, sensible and cautious approach ensured we submitted exactly what the bank needed, and our mortgage was finally approved, and the path to our dream home was complete. We moved in September 2024 after what had been a six month battle, and our lives have completley transformed since. We finally got the happy ever after story we always wanted. If you are looking for a genuine, reliable and unbelievably hard working mortgage team, we cannot reccomend these guys enough.
