Proxar are a very responsive and technically competent organisation. They resolve the majority of my issues immediately or shortly after I have called them. The only small but important ongoing issue that I have experienced with them is the ongoing issue with Terminal Server 31, which I am disconnected from almost on a daily basis without any prior warning.
