I'm not very computer literate, so I called your support, and the young lady did a very good job of walking me thru getting the report. I'm satisfied with the report, but I thought I would be receiving the Service Records on this vehicle. How do I acquire the service records. Otherwise, I'm completely satisfied with the report and you Support person was great. I would recommend anyone buying a car to get this information from you before heading to a dealer. I wish I had. Thank you.
