Excellent product. Had used a nationally known whey product for years before switching to the Pure Food brand. I was looking for a cleaner protein and one that was plant based. After reviewing numerous on line sites about plant based protein I chose The Pure Food brand. It's has minimal ingredients , low sodium. no cholesterol no added sugars. Mix with almond or oat milk or your favorite beverage , add blue berries, bananas, etc. For me no bloating. It's a great product.
