This has been my first experience with a food replacement product and I have been very pleasantly surprised with Pure Food. The ingredients appear to be very high quality insofar as I am able to ascertain as a layman but I can speak for the experience being very positive from a taste and effect standpoint. Great taste and I've found the energy and hunger satiation to be positive as well.
