I ordered my 2021 refill for my A5 Collins Diary. I have the Diary leather cover so use a refill every year. Purple Panda had the exact one I required but for approx. 15% less than the official diary website and was an official product. It came within the time it stated and was packaged really well so the refill itself was protected. There was no "bending" or damage to the product which can happen when the product is soft. My label address was clear. I was able to cover over it and reuse the envelope (with the protective padding) so that's an added bonus in doing my bit to protect the environment. Delighted with everything: product options, packaging, price and speed of delivery. I would recommend them and will be using them again.
