I love these jams. Trying to keep carbs down whilst loving jam is difficult. The smell of the raspberry jam takes me back to long hot happy summers with my siblings while Mum and Dad slogged over a coal stove (NZ) preserving fruit and making raspberry and apricot jam. I want to eat it by the spoonful!!!! So delicious and I really enjoy the slight tartness of all the jam I tried, apricot, raspberry and blackcurrant, which slipped out of my hand and broke when I was only half the way thru the jar!! I almost sobbed!! My go-to jam place. Wonderful. Thankyou.
