I am a type 2 diabetic and am careful about my sugar intake. I love the jams, pastes and sauces I get from Quincey Jones Jelly because they are never sweet but they are full of flavour. My favourites are the peach and amaretto, apricot and strawberry and Pimms jams and the curry worst sauce.
