Having decided to use Quality Diamonds I received such amazing support from the selection of the diamond to ring and delivery. I had great advice to swap my orginal diamond to a finer diamond that was suggested to me to switch to which I am so pleased I did this based on advice. I was then unsure of the ring style and once again received great advice and accepted this. I received a resin mock up of the ring as advised to make the final decision. I was advised that diamond due to its size of the diamond on the ring could be too high off the finger which it was. Due to this I was allowed to swap it to another ring that I had chosen which I was very pleased with. Finally after delivery the ring size was half a size too big and allowed a free of charge adjustment to correct this which I did and this took a few days. From start to finish the service and communication was excellent. This was even more supportive as at the time of finally selecting I was admitted to hospital with a bleed on the brain. The whole team at Quality Diamonds were so understanding during this period and cannot thank them enough. In summary, I recommend Quality Diamonds very highly. I will be purchasing when ready my wedding rings as they have been amazing, faultless which is rare at this level in customer service and so thankful, pleased I made the decision to purchase from them. My fiancée is so pleased with her engagement ring.
