Unsure if bad experience. I had the Probiotic air system installed and then have been trying to get it refilled. I was told the refills were affordable but when I called I was told it was $300 and I would have to wait until a technician was in Northern VA. Since I had other concerns (and expenses) I just turned off the system. Now I am wondering how to proceed to get it back on if that is possible - heck it's a 4K cost.
So will again call or email I guess.
