Our initial enquiry was quite late at night, but was surprised to be answered by a lovely lady called Pav, very prompt and went through the process and answered all questions asked. From there the process has been excellent, the staff have been communicating well with myself and were brilliant with my son. Grace was very professional and made us feel at ease with the process of getting a diagnosis for our son and was brilliant with him when he came along to the appointments. Pav kept in contact with my self to arrange the next steps and all emails were responded to promptly. Dr Vilanova was very welcoming and listened to everything we had to say, answered all questions asked and he explained everything in much detail. Thankyou for a very pleasant experience and helping my son and giving him a diagnosis so we can finally provide him with the help and support he needs!
