I was EXTREMELY anxious going to my interview, but Atholl was pleasant, friendly, welcoming, and easy to talk to.
He did as much as he could to put me at ease, even saying he was fine with my fidgeting and not holding eye contact. This helped me enormously.
This whole process is a lot for me to deal with, and I very much appreciated the fact that the interview was far less formal than I had feared.
I feel genuinely lucky that it was Atholl who interviewed me.
