I really appreciate your service and got my radio reactivated using the code you provided. In the spirit of making a good service better, I’d like to suggest a more comprehensive instruction for the customer to reactivate their radio. My BMW radio was set to USA and the code provided was for the European area. I had to do a bit of research to figure out how to use the European four digit code to reactivate my radio instead of the five digit USA code. While I might enjoy the challenge, I could see how it would be frustrating for others. No criticism meant towards rapidradiocodes. Just a suggestion to make customers experience better.
