Mick when I purchased that motor I did not think I was getting a broken one.
you see when I removed it from the box there was a small plastic in the box which contained a throttle lever but not the one it was made with, someone had tried to drill and fit a screw to this throttle shaft.
I would say you would have known about this but you did not tell me i was getting something that some one had tried to repair and was not very successful at that.
would be pleased to have an answer from you, Mick.
