From the start I got a great vibe! I reached out to set up an appointment and got a response within a half an hour on a Friday at that! Ryan who does intakes and assessments was so kind and made we feel comfortable right off the bat, which was nice to not feel anxious! It’s not always easy while explaining your situation. Kim instantly made me at ease! I was actually jumping on my call right from work so was in my car still and she kindly said would you like to get home and settled in and call me back? I’ll wait right here for you and we can just slide your appointment down a bit! So awesome to not feel stressed and rushed! Kim was also very observant to my body language and picked up on things I never would have thought of! Which was great to see how focused she was on me. I actually felt great when I hung up the phone, excited for the future and hopeful that Kim could help me get back on track!
