I work for Vanderbilt and they couldn’t offer me anything sooner than 2+ months out and couldn’t give me an out of pocket estimate. I wasn’t given a list of therapists to see what they are like and what their experience is. It was so much easier on Reachlink. I was able to read about the therapists and see exactly when they had availability. Immediately after signing up, I got a call from Brian the coordinator. He went over everything with and me and was able to tell me what my out of pocket was going to be right then and there. I’m so glad I did this through reachlink, it was so easy and I felt very supported by Brian.
