I am generally satisfied with the product although I'm still having issues with the app not working after I switched my phone and the support wasn't really helpful with solving this. I also had some technical issues at one point, but thankfully managed to fixed it myself. In general, I think there's a serious lack of customer support and that truly puts me off from buying more products even do I initially had a plan to do so.
