Hab Reboots Pants gekauft. Seit Tag 1 platzen die Reißverschlüsse an den Unterschenkeln auf. Problem ist bekannt. Wurde mir durch den Support bestätigt. Man wollte mir neue Pants schicken sobald ich die alten zurückgesendet habe. Bis ich einen entsprechend großen Karton auftreiben konnte war das Retourenlabel nicht mehr gültig. Jetzt bekomme ich weder per Telefon, Email, WhatsApp oder Social Media Antwort von Reboots. Zu viele Reklamationen oder einfach deren Masche? Egal was es ist. Spricht nicht für die Firma und deren Produkte.
