Die bestellten Artikel wurden zwischen der Bestellung und der Bearbeitung der Bestellung 10 Prozent billiger. Das erfuhr ich in dieser Zeit per Email. Meine Rechnung reduzierte sich aber nicht um 10 Prozent. Es ist schon erstaunlich - und ärgerlich- dass man als Kunde besser fährt, wenn man eine Bestellung in einem solchen Fall erneut aufgibt und die erste Bestellung später widerruft, am besten nach der Auslieferung.
