Tolle Produkte, immer aus Stoffen, die sich schön weich und griffig anfühlen und einen langlebigen Eindruck machen. Der Kundenservice für Problemfälle könnte noch ein wenig optimiert werden (automatische Antwortmail, dass die Anfrage überhaupt eingegangen ist, am Telefon gut verständliche Begrüßung und gern auch erstmal eine Warteschleife, wenn grad alle Leitungen besetzt sind), aber alles in allem eine tolle Firma.
