the worst travel agency I've ever used. There was a charge of 77 Kuwaiti dinars for the booking change (x3 of the airline price). Although the price on both dates was the same, but still they wanted to charge 77 KD as the agency service !!!!! Also, It states on their website that they refund 80% of the ticket price if I want to cancel it, but they offered 58%
