Bad and the worst agency to deal with Not professional I had 3 tickets which they requested a lot of money to change the booking date and when I cancel it They took 1/3 of the amount And saying 50 to 60 working days to refund the remaining amount When I call them up after 3 weeks to request for the refund receipt. The response I get it’s not yet issued Omg not sure how they are still operating and why such agency is not closed Please be aware and don’t ever book your tickets through them Booking ID 1924300 Replying to your below response Please stop scamming people if my refund is in progress share the refund receipt to my registered email
