Booked my hotel 3 months ago paid the full amount, received confirmation email that everything is fine. Prior to 24 hours of flying to Spain, Rehlat cancel the booking. There is no refund of the money, there is no customer representative to talk to, no one replies to emails, upper management is unable to be reached, every customer representative will tell you they will get back to you in 24 hours, when you're flight is due in 5 hours. I have called the hotel, and they have said that Rehlat themselves have cancelled the booking a couple of days prior to avoid the hotel booking fee, even though they have taken the full amount of money from me 3 months ago. You will be left on your own with no compensation if you do business with this company. Avoid them at all costs.
