If you don’t want to ruin your vacation, DON’T MAKE YOUR RESERVATION WITH REHLAT! My experience with them was horrible! I’ve made the mistake to book my vacation with them. A day before the reservation they sent me a message saying that due to some issues the booking was cancelled but they will send me the refund receipt as soon as possible. It passed almost a month and daily they say to be patient and to understand them because they have issues with their servers. I’ve sent them more than 40 e-mails, I made complaints at the Police of Dubai, Consumer Protection from Dubai, Dubai Tourism, etc. But it seems they don’t care! THEY DO MONEY FOOLING PEOPLE! I will not stop with the complaints, bad reviews and comments, until I receive my money back!!!!!
