Scammers! Purchased accommodation through them, they have cancelled it, saying that hotel don't have this room available anymore, asked for more $ to rebook another room. Phoned hotel, they told me it was the agent that cancelled it. Re booked with hotel direct, asked Rehlat to refund. Ended up reporting them to my bank as fraud to get a refund, at the end they have not processed it as refund, and I lost $ on conversion as they have processed it as new transaction. Stay away from these Scammers!!!
