Le service de remboursement est catastrophique, ça fait presque 3 mois que je demande le remboursement d'une réservation à l'hôtel qui a été payée avant même la confirmation de l'hôtel.
Je relance assez souvent et la réponse toujours, "on va traiter votre demande en priorité absolue". Le remboursement se fait toujours attendre...
