This website is a big SCAM & they are cheating their customers. I booked a ticket from this website on 20th January 2023, but the ticket was not issued and the booking was cancelled. I was supposed to receive a refund for the amount of 1106 AED which was already debited from my credit card. The email which they sent after cancellation mentioned that payment will be refunded within 15-20 WORKING DAYS (which I feel is unreasonably long time required to return someone’s hard earned money). However, this period is already over, in fact it has been a month now & I have still not received the refund. I’m calling them daily since last few days, but their call center has just one thing to say: ‘Our team is working on it & you will receive the money within next 1 or 2 working days’. They do not have the courtesy to reply to my emails as well. They also told me that I will receive a call back from their higher management, but never received any call. I think next option would be to go to the Police to recover my money.
