Etickets are not provided automatically after completing payment and confining the booking. After calling the customer service to email the Eticket they only sent an email confirmation as shown below.
“ Dear Customer,
Thank you for contacting Rehlat Customer Support!
Please note that your booking has been confirmed with us. Please do not worry as your e-ticket will be on your registered email after receiving the ticket booking confirmation from the airline, at a maximum of 17:00 GMT on the same day.
The ticket copy will be automatically sent to your email with the ticket number. Therefore, please do not re-book the same flight without obtaining confirmation from our support team via call / email.
If you require any additional support, please feel free to refer to this email.“
The custimer service also confirmed that they will send on the same day but didnt receive anything!. Frustarted and upset with their service. I hope they send it today. Will update my review once this issue is resolved.
