I am writing to bring to your attention an issue with a recent hotel booking that I made through Rehlat. I booked a hotel through your platform and was charged a certain percentage as an advance payment before the actual stay. Unfortunately, I had to cancel my trip, and as a result, I did not stay at the hotel. According to your refund policy, I am eligible for a refund of the booking amount since the cancellation was made within the specified timeframe. I have attempted to communicate with your customer support team via email to process the refund, but to my dismay, I have not received any response or acknowledgment from Rehlat thus far. This lack of response is causing me significant concern, and I am left without any clarity on the status of my refund request.
