They have agreed to process the refund after 1 months of follow up and after constant email reminders , .After they agreed , 2 months have passed (Now at 16th reminder email) and even copying their CEO , CFO , no action. I thought at least the management will have a little shame in seeing their company having such negative reviews but apparently they don't even care . Booking number RSA1857089 .
