Waiting for a refound more than 2 month now! Id 2054965 After booking flight tickets using Rehlat, after payment ticket not confirmed and they asked to pay double the amount which is highter than in actual airline charge, so i cancelled and asked them in written to refund in the same card. Booking was done with free cancelation. I have contacted them prior to the cancelation and they have confirmed the money will be refounded in 20 business days. It has been more than 2 months since and no refound was issued. I have contacted them more than 15 times by phone and their only answer "please wait.asap", "our financials will contact you within 24 hours" but nothing happen at all! I hope Dubai police is only the way to return the money. Rehlat doesnt respect the customers at all! Absolute disgrace!
