Very, very, very disappointing experience with Rehlat! Beware – this company feels like a complete scam. I booked a hotel through them and faced immense challenges from the get-go. Upon reaching the hotel, I was left stranded, forcing me to send 5 emails and make 8 desperate calls to their customer service - all of which were met with generic, unhelpful responses or, worse, silence. I was left waiting at the hotel for an excruciating 5 hours. Left with no choice, I had to make a direct booking with the hotel just to secure a stay for the night. The pinnacle of their incompetence was a message the next day afternoon – after my stay date – casually mentioning that my booking was cancelled. Now, a month after this fiasco, not only have they failed to process the promised refund, but they've also gone radio silent, with zero updates through email or phone.
