reference number: rco2370427) I am requesting a refund as promised by company and have been waiting since august 9, 2023 for the refund but still have not received. I have contacted them multiple times and they have promised escalation to finance departemt and will update asap. There is no process till now. I have multiple correspondence from them saying they will complete refund.
