I booked two nights in a hotel in Rio and then canceled the reservation having the right to a full refund....they are absurd thieves!! Meanwhile the cancellation section wasn't working on the site and I had to do everything via email, since November 28th I've already sent 10 emails and called twice they always reply to wait because they have problems making refund payments etc. (copy paste message). THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND ABSURD THIEVES!!!! ABSOLUTELY AVOID THEM!!!! I'm proceeding with the complaint and what they deserve!!!
