BIG SCAMMERS @Rehlat! It's not only a bas service, but also they steal your money!!! We booked 2 nights in Kempinski Bali in October 2023 (700$). When we arrived, the hotel informed us that our agent (Rehlat) cancelled the reservations, we were left to are-book again with 1000$. And we never got our refund from Rehlat till now! We keep on contacting them via email, Instagram, ticket, but nothing. They won't even refund us the 700$ that we paid them!!! Do not use them, it is a scam, we are truing to take legal actions. They don't even bother t respond!
