More than 3years and until now I didn’t received my money, when they ask to rebooked my ticket I immediately pay for additional, when they totally cancelled my flight they said they will refund. Every time I call them seems like the scenario are scripted same reason they are telling. Please don’t take the money that we work hard to earn and saved. I hope this travel agency has their conscience to return back our money that we worked hard.
