I recently encountered a highly disappointing experience with Rehlat when attempting to finalize my accommodation plans for March of this year. Despite making a reservation well in advance, I was shocked to discover in November of last year that my booking had been canceled without any prior notification. While I understand that cancellations can occur, the lack of communication from Rehlat regarding this significant change was unacceptable. This complete disregard for customer inquiries and lack of accountability on the part of Rehlat was deeply frustrating and left me feeling abandoned as a customer. As a result of this experience, I have lost trust in the reliability and professionalism of Rehlat, and I will be hesitant to use their services in the future. I urge others to exercise caution when relying on this agency for their accommodation needs, as their customer support and responsiveness leave much to be desired.
