They are scammers ... i booked the hotel but they said its not available and then when i asked for refund its been a month but still no refund and its the same story with many others.
Customer service is third grade. I sent multiple emails and made many customer service calls but no use.
Their USA number is not even working IDK how they are running a company they should be banned
