We placed an order and paid for the shipping, which means it is door to door delivery. The first time the package could not clear customs, and the seller did not provide any assistance with the customs declaration information they sent. We could only choose to return the package, and then pay for repackaging and shipping again. But the second package still could not clear customs. The reason was that the seller still wrote too low a product value after the second transportation, which caused the package to fail to clear customs. It is still being processed. we are very anxiuos too. But We did not receive any packages or goods, and the seller took the initiative to complete the order? It is really ridiculous and unreasonable! So the consumer did not receive any goods and they can arbitrarily decide that the order is completed? There is no explanation or compensation at all. Moreover, the validity period of the regular-priced goods is less than one year. When we asked the seller, we placed an order in January, but a large number of M10 will expire in September of the same year. Why they charge us the with the regualr-priced but provide the expired goods. After we found it , we requested to replace non-expiring goods, but the seller refused to replace them. This is really terrible!!!!
