I opened it a bit over 4 months after purchase waiting for the right moment to use the treatment as it's season sensitive (winter for best results, which was just a few months away). This high quality product should have an ample shelf life, I know this as I have purchased this brand in many occasions and had never have a problem. But this time, when opened, the product was stale and the cream completely dry. I contacted the company and after a few back and forward emails, they just got off the wagon and didn't offer any solution leaving me with a stale product and having lost a lot of money in the purchase. Their costume care is extremely poor and in a very polite manner, they just turn their back on you. I don't recommend this shop at all. Very disappointing experience and a lot of money wasted.
