I am absolutely delighted with my Remoska Prima 4L. I previously had a Remoska Grand but was gutted when it stopped working. My queries I had regarding the purchase were addressed and resolved completely.
My only concern was that the courier who delivered the Remoska just threw it over my neighbour's very high fence landing in their yard, this was despite both my husband and myself being at home at the time. Fortunately no damage appears to have occurred and the Remoska is working OK
