I have used a Remoska as my main cooker for the past ten years. As a single person using a cooker is very expensive but I discovered that you can cook most things in the Remoska. I use a microwave oven for green vegetables but root vegetables can be cooked very successfully in the Remoska. I have tried other types of small cookers but the Remoska is the one I come back to every time. Wouldn't change it for anything.
