We returned the "Tria" model that we had bought, which had an unfortunate fault. The company readily agreed to send a replacement or allow us to substitute the "Dua 4Litre". My wife chose the latter which arrived within 3 days. My wife is delighted with the "Dua" which is already in use.
The whole 'operation' has been handled with great speed, charm and helpfulness.
We first bought a Remoska in the mid-90s and the new models are even better.
