Saves so much time and energy. No pre-heating. Have just baked my first cherry and sultana cake in it. I did have to put foil over the top for last 20 minutes as it was growing too much but it only required 50 minutes cooking whereas in my electric oven it would take 1 HR 15 mins. I love my remoska.
