Fantastic piece of kitchen equipment 10/10. I've just perfected bread rolls after a few glitches, I did 4 to start with, they were delicious but too big, next attempt divided my dough into 6 pieces and that was much better. I'm using 250g flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 tablespoon vegetable oil, 160g warm water, 1 teaspoon dried yeast, 1/2 teaspoon sugar. I let the dough rise to double, slap and fold with wet hands 3 or 4 times, let it double again, divide it up on floured board and form 6 rolls. Place on baking paper in bottom of 2litre pan, let them rise till they are touching and join together, double in size. Switch on, bake for about 30minutes or till you are happy they are baked. Remove to cool on rack, you can then break them apart just like Scottish morning rolls. I can bake these in my motor home!! Only 400watts as well. I cook absolutely anything in the Remoska, bread was the hardest challenge but now I have cracked that๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘ Amazing piece of kit!! Cheers, Mike๐Ÿท๐Ÿท
