Used with powered lid, cooked lovely. Slightly harder to clean pan as not non stick but did clean well with effort. Then cooked stuffed potato skins same way using a circle of reusable silicon baking sheet. Really great result cleaned with a wipe. Cannot see any problem using pan on gas hob as pan is nice and polished and sturdy not heavy.
