Still learning how to use it but everything we've cooked so far has been really good, easy to do and easy to clean afterwards. I was a bit nervous about the hot lid beforehand but it's really straightforward, you can safely put the lid upside down on the work surface while it's cooling. Very pleased with the purchase.
