This is my second Remoska. I had my first for 6years until the flex gave up. I kept catching it on the hot bodywork. So many improvements now:a viewing glass in the top, a detachable flex, a much bigger trivet to lift the pan further from the kitchen surface and it cooks just as successfully as before. Its great for cooking a whole meal for two. I prefer it to using an air fryer
