I would give the Remoska device itself 5 stars, as we used to have one about 7 years ago, which we loved. But we extremely disappointed with your customer service and quality control We had to send a Remoska ordered through Amazon back 4 weeks ago, as it was badly packed and severely damaged. Last week we ordered another Remoska directly from you, which arrived with a broken handle. We now have to go through the whole rigmarole of sending this Remoska back and waiting for a refund again. We have already been in contact with Jennifer from your team.
